USE OF OUR SITE
Your use of our site is governed by our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy. Please take the time to read these, as they include important terms which apply to you.
HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US
To make a purchase, browse through our Products and select those which you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping basket. Once you have completed your selection(s) click on the ‘Checkout’ button and our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process.
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order will take place as described in clause. We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail (Dispatch Confirmation). The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
If we are unable to supply you with a Product for whatever reason, for example because that Product is not in stock or no longer available or because we cannot meet your requested delivery date or because of an error in the price on our site, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Products, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.
OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS
We amend these Terms from time to time. Please look at the top of this page to see when these Terms were last updated and which Terms were changed.
Every time you order Products from us, the Terms in force at the time of your order will apply to the Contract between you and us.
We may revise these Terms as they apply to your order from time to time to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
If we have to revise these Terms as they apply to your order, we will contact you to give you reasonable advance notice of the changes and let you know how to cancel the Contract if you are not happy with the changes. You may cancel either in respect of all the affected Products or just the Products you have yet to receive. If you opt to cancel, you will have to return (at our cost) any relevant Products you have already received and we will arrange a full refund of the price you have paid, including any delivery charges.
OUR PRODUCTS
The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.
We have taken care to make sure all are product descriptions are correct, however we do reserve the right to make changes, technical or otherwise.
Prices for our Products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed.
Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site are approximate only.
The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on our site.
How to Return or Exchange a Product
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. Should you change your mind for any reason then we will refund any items returned to us in the original, saleable condition and not damaged within 28 days, starting the day after the day on which the goods are delivered. If this is the case, you need to inform us that you want to return the goods within 14 day, which starts the day after the goods are delivered.
You can return unwanted items with the completed returns form which is attached to your order. All refunds are for products only, postage is non-refundable.
We will do our very best to process returns as quickly as possible and within 7 working days of receipt. This is not guaranteed but will be no more than 14 days from receipt at busy times.
The delivery cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility.
Returned goods are your responsibility until they are received by us. We recommend record proof of postage when sending items and please ensure the goods are packaged sufficiently well that they cannot get damaged during transit to us.
We will refund in full or replace items for exchange, but reserve the right to make a percentage value deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of goods supplied from dirt, damage and not fully resalable.
Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective materials, poor workmanship or during carriage should be notified as soon as possible and returned. Items must not be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition.
